Clay’s sole focus is to make sure that our clients successfully learn, adopt, and implement everything that we teach. She uses her expert facilitating and training skills to make sure every client engagement is a success.

Her 130+ hours of training in the use and application of Behavioral Assessments makes her an invaluable asset to managers that are interested in recruiting and managing the right people in the right roles. Clay works with managers and CEOs to better understand their people and how to manage them effectively. She is always looking to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

Clay attended Vanderbilt University, where she studied Anthropology and French. She now lives in Charlottesville and serves as President of the Charlottesville Junior League and is a member of the Development Committee of the non-profit Paramount Theater.
