Spend a day helping us get to know you. We want to know how you work, what your goals are and what your company is like. The day is completely FREE and you’ll leave with lots of solutions to current issues.
There are two areas of focus for the CEO Discovery Day:
We’ll spend the first part of the day getting to know you. Using a Behavioral Assessment, which you will complete ahead of time, we’ll really dive deep into understanding who you are, what your passions are, what skills you possess and how you view the world. This is all done in the effort of self-awareness and to gain an understanding of who you are as a leader. We’ll also dive into understanding your personal goals. What is it that you want out of life? We want to know what your ideal world looks like. That way we can better help get you there.
The second part of the day will be focused on understanding your company as a whole. What to you do? How do you do it? Where does your company stand right now? We’ll talk about current frustrations, your most pressing issues and what you think is standing in the way of success. Then we’ll switch to focusing on your goals for the business. Where do you want to take your company?
The goal of this day is to figure out whether or not we’re the right company to help you get to that next level of growth. If we both agree we’re a good match, we’ll move on to the next phase. If one or both of us feels it’s not a good match we’ll part ways. The only investment we ask of you at this stage is your time. That way, if we do part ways, you won’t feel you’ve wasted anything, especially since we can guarantee you’ll leave with at least a few actionable take aways from the day.
